Instantaneous Rates of Change and Population

  1. Very well done. Population is a good subject to experiment with the IRC on. It allows for a tangent line to measure the slope at any given one of these points, which can be useful.

    very well done! and you chose my home state for your topic! =) your explanations and graphics are well done and your calculations are accurate. i really like how organized your project is. it is very easy to read. the only thing that i would have added to make your IRC explanation more accurate is to note that the IRC represents a rate. so to say that in 1950 the population in colorado was increasing at a rate of 425,000 people per year.
